Très bon sushi ayant travaillé dans le restaurant thaï/japonais de mon père je sais de quoi je parle, je n'aime pas particulièrement les sashimi au thon mais ceux-ci été très bon (pas de goût ferreux, ni trop fort en poisson, bonne texture), bref je n'en avais pas mangé des aussi bon depuis des lustres au sushi boat Montpellier (qui est excellent aussi et que je recommande).
